Goodnight daylight and playing trains;
Goodnight books, and bread and butter,
and games of make believe,
and brothers and sisters,
and father and mother.
Goodnight, God.
Take care of us while we sleep,
and you have a good night, too.

Sleep is the golden chain that ties health and our bodies together.
"As I tiptoe into your bedroom each night to pull up the covers and tuck you in tight,
I linger longer just watching you sleep, and think of our day and the memories I'll keep.
Never stop dreaming, for out of such fragile things come miracles.
Good night, sweet dreams, sleep tight, I love you.
(our dad always said this to us even as adults)
The Dream Catcher Lore
The Indians believe that the night air is filled with dreams both good and bad. The dreamcatcher, when hung in your place of rest, swinging freely with the air, catches the dreams as they flow by. The good dreams know the way, slipping through the outer holes and slide down the soft feathers so gently that many times the sleeper does not know that he/she is dreaming. The bad dreams not knowing the way, get tangled in the web and perish with the first light of the new day.
